When will the migration take effect?
Your migration will be scheduled to align with the launch of your 2027–2028 school year on SchoolMint Enroll. To avoid disruption, migrations are typically scheduled after the lottery and completed before your next application cycle begins.
What is the best time to upgrade?
The ideal time to upgrade is between application cycles, after your current lottery has concluded and before your next application launch. This allows sufficient time for configuration, testing, and validation while minimizing operational impact.
What is the price difference compared to our current system?
Our team works closely with each organization to minimize any pricing changes as you migrate to the new platform. Pricing can vary depending on your current contract and any additional modules you choose to add.

Can we make changes or customize processes after migrating?
Yes. One of the key benefits of SchoolMint Enroll is its flexibility. You can update configurations, refine workflows, and make adjustments at any time as your team becomes more familiar with the platform or identifies more efficient processes.
Can we choose not to migrate right now, and will support change?
Yes, you may choose to remain on the legacy platform at this time. Full support will continue to be available.

Will we still have access to data from previous school years?
Yes, your historical data remains accessible:
With the Migration Script, select historical data will be available in SchoolMint Enroll as read-only.
Regardless of which option you choose (migration or reimplementation), you will be able to export your historical data from the legacy platform for reference and recordkeeping.
