Recommendations
NOTE: Contact Support or your Onboarding Specialist to enable this feature.
- Ability for guardians to complete recommendation requests via the application process.
- Guardians can track recommendation status via the student profile on their guardian dashboard.
- Recommendation form configuration
- Create custom recommendation forms
- Add custom questions to the recommendation form to be answered by the recommender.
- Add a new custom field for overall recommendation to the recommendation form.
- Add option for the recommender to decline the recommendation.
- Set deadlines for when the recommendation form must be completed
- Set email reminders for the recommender based on recommendation deadlines
- Add recommendation forms into the application process
- Add max/ min limits when adding the recommendation form to require a specified number of recommendations based on the program(s) needed.
- Configure recommendation forms to display for specified programs/ grades/ rules set.
- Ability for Recommender users to access an online recommendation form via an email token.
- Forms can be completed but the recommender and submitted.
- Recommendation request can be declined by the recommender (optional setting)
- Ability for admins to:
- Filter and track status of recommendation forms state of completion
- View recommendation status.
- Submit recommendation forms as needed for a student.
- Resend recommendation request emails in bulk or ad hoc.
Google Translate
NOTE: Contact Support or your Onboarding Specialist to enable this feature.
- Choose the option of enhanced translation services (current product offering) or Google Translate by enabling/ disabling the enhanced translation service setting in internal settings.
- When this setting is disabled Google Translate is available for the org.
- Google Translate will translate items on the guardian side of the product
- Google Translate is limited based on the translations provided by Google. We are not able to modify translations when using this feature. For a more robust translation option use Enhanced Translations.
Admin Add Registration
- Ability for admins to add and create registrations for a student via the admin side of the product.
Parent Notes (Registration)
- Admins can create parent notes visible to parents or add notes only available to admins for a student related to registration.
Auto-Decline
- Automatically decline offers that are not accepted in the specified time frame. A new email template tag is available that will display the expiration date for placement offers to students.
Bulk Export of Registrations
- Select a group of student registrations to export to the SIS or CSV via Sync Service in bulk instead of using the Sync to SIS button on each student registration.
Geocodes for Addresses
- A nightly geocode job will now run automatically for all orgs to search for student addresses with missing latitude and longitude values, then populate those values when possible to support location features like school proximity.
Sync Service Enhancements
- When mapping to a contact table where there may be multiple contact records for a particular student that match the same criteria, use the Index condition to choose which contact record to map to a student contact in Enroll.
- Added functionality and optimizations for Skyward and PowerSchool APIs.
