How do I get data out of Enroll?

We recommend downloading information from the following spaces in Enroll to ensure you have a robust data export from the platform

1. Download Student Information 

   • Download Forms and Attachments: extract a comprehensive pdf of students' forms/documents from the Applications and Registrations pages
   • Applications and Registrations Filters and Dynamic Views to bulk export selected application and registration data to CSV

2. Download Reports

   • Reports > Run Reports to download existing custom report data. Create new, targeted reports to run for additional data extraction

3. Download Form Fields 

   • Download Form Fields from Settings > Forms to export all fields in use

4. Download Lottery Results

   • Lotteries > Lottery Dashboard to bulk export lottery results
