What are Standard Reports?
A Standard Report is a pre-built type of report that's available to customers out-of-the-box. These reports are created to provide admin users with more detailed, in-depth reporting options that cannot be created with the report builder. These reports can include fields that are not available in the report builder, formats that are not able to be created with the report builder (charts, graphs, etc.), commonly requested report types, and so on.

What Standard Reports are available?
Application Count by Ranked Choice
This standard report is ONLY available if an application form process is using choice ranking. The report will not appear if you are not using at least one form process with this setting enabled.
The Application Count by Ranked Choice lists each program and grade that matches the quick filters and then lists a total amount of applications that have been submitted to each program for each grade. This is further sorted by choice rank.
This report is a paginated report; each page of the report displays the applications for that ranked choice. For example, if students are able to apply to 3 choices, 3 pages will show. Ranked choice 1 applications will be on the first page, ranked choice 2 applications will be on the second page, and ranked choice 3 applications will be on the third page.
Note: If the quick filters are set to show only specific ranked choices, then the amount of pages will update based on the amount of ranks that are selected in the filter.
Note: As we continue to improve the Enroll product, more Standard Reports will be added!
