Setting Program Choice Limits For a Program Category

- Example: if set to 2, a student can only apply to two programs within a category
-
Maximum Program Choices per Category per School: sets the maximum number of programs a student can apply to within a category at a particular school
- Example: If set to 2, a student can apply to two programs in a category at school A, but can also apply to two programs in the same category at school B
Note: For organizations that only have (1) one program available to families to apply to, use the system default of "Unlimited".
Setting Program Choice Limits For a Form Process

- Maximum Program Choices: sets a limit (no more than) on the number of programs a student can apply to when using this form process
- Minimum Program Choices: sets a required number of programs a student must select (at least) when applying using this form process
- Maximum Program Choices per School: sets a limit (no more than) on the number of programs a student can apply to at each school when using this form process

Admin Override for Program Choice Limits
For admins with permissions to submit applications on behalf of a family, the system will allow the admin to over-select / override the program choice limits that are set for Program Categories and Form Processes.
Admins will see a "Choice Limit Reached" alert and will need to confirm that they want to exceed the limits set in the system.
