Learn how to restore account access for a user.
The following user permissions must be enabled for an admin to edit user accounts:
- Edit Administrators
- Edit Guardians
Navigate to Settings > Manage Users > Deactivated Accounts.
Search for the user by name or email address and click the Edit icon to the right of the user's name.
In the “Manage Access” section of the page, select the type of access to be enabled for the user and Save Account.
Notes:
- If an admin user is deactivated, permissions are cleared, and the permissions will need to be reset.
- If admin or guardian accounts are deactivated, they retain the same password they used previously.
