Configure an Eligibility Rule
The rules engine is used to create eligibility rules that allow students to access a form process as long as they meet the specified criteria. Access eligibility rules by going to Settings > Custom Data > Eligibility Rules/Restrictions.
You can use the “Add Condition” option to utilize pre-configured rules. “Simple Lookup” allows you to configure your own rules based on form field values.
Common Application Eligibility Rules
- Only in-district students are allowed to apply to a program(s).
2. Only students in a specific school zone may apply to a program(s).
3. Only students not currently attending the school may apply to a program.
Assign the Eligibility Rule to a Program(s)
Navigate to Settings > Schools/Programs > Manage Programs > Edit > Program Eligibility to assign your eligibility rule to a single program.
Or, assign the eligibility rule in bulk to multiple programs.
