Learn how to build an Event report in Enroll.
If your team would benefit from a simple report to identify information about your events and sessions, follow the instructions below.
1). Within the Reports module, click Add New Report.
2). Give your report a Name, select the Report Category, and if report access will be Private, Global, or available to select User Groups.
3). Add the fields below to your report for key information about your events.

| Note: If you want to have student data in your report (ie. Student Name, Student Grade, etc.), make sure to add those columns first to avoid not having access to the student data models. |
To identify other event details in your report, feel free to check out our Data Dictionaries for Events:
4). Click Save and Run to generate the report.
5). If desired, add a filter to only show this information for certain sessions. You will need to use the field for Session ID (see above) in order to create the filter. Session ID can be found by going into
Events > RSVPs > Manage
At the end of the URL is where you will find the Session ID. For example:
https://subdoman.schoolmint.com/manage/events/rsvp-tracker/rsvp-list/123
Where the last number in the URL 123 is the Session ID.
Once you have the ID, you can plug that into your report filter using the event_rsvps.event_session_id field:
