If a guardian user has forgotten their password to log in to the SchoolMint Enroll system, they can request to reset their password. To do so, they will see a link Forgot Password? at the bottom right of their login screen, underneath the Login button:
After selecting the "Forgot Password?" link, they will be prompted to enter their email address or phone number that is associated with their account and an email will be sent with instructions to reset their password.
Once logged in, guardians can navigate to My Account on the top right of the screen, click the drop-down, select Account Info.
