If you have reviewed the information posted on this site and have a general support question about Enroll, please use the Get Support link at the top of the page. Submit your question and someone from our Enroll teams will get back to you as soon as possible. If the information would be helpful for everyone, we'll make sure to get it added to the Help Center as well.
Submit an Idea to Community
If you have an idea or an enhancement request, please check out the posts in Community under "Feature Requests" to see if anyone else has already posted that idea. If so, then upvote the idea to let us know that you agree! You can also add a comment to provide more info or to let us know why it is important to your organization. Upvoting and customer impact information help us prioritize what to build next that will bring the most value to our customers, so thank you for participating!
Contact Your CSM about an Upgrade or Implementation
If you are interested in discussing an upgrade to Enroll or a new implementation, please contact your Customer Success Manager who will have access to your organization's information and can discuss options and recommendations with you. Your CS manager will also be the person to initiate the process for you when the time comes. Thank you!
