Learn how to prevent Guardians from accessing your Enroll site.
What's included in this article?
In your Enroll platform, you are able to prevent guardians from accessing the site, including their individual Guardian dashboards. This may be desired when your applications are in the processing phase and new submissions are not longer accepted, when your open enrollment period is closed, during your lottery runs and processing phase, or any other time that you do not want guardians accessing Enroll.
Manage Guardian Access Settings
To remove guardian access, you'll need to disable "Parent Access" in the Date & Time settings area. When you are ready to allow guardians to access again, you will re-enable the Parent Access checkboxes for the relevant school years.
