Learn how to complete a Student Import or Export for records remaining in Pending status.
In the event that a Student Import or Student Export operation has records remaining in Pending status, each connection type (SFTP, API, Ad Hoc) has an option to push the student records through to complete the import/export operation.
First, to identify if you have student records in a Pending status, navigate to your Sync Logs and select one of the student sync operations:
- Student Import Logs
- Student Export Logs
Next, view the count of records in Pending status or use the Sync Status filter to identify which student records are in Pending status.
Next, from the connection card where you initiated the student sync, use the 3-dot Actions menu and select "Complete Pending Student Sync".
Finally, return to the Sync Logs page and confirm that your Pending status count is zero.
