Learn more about what each Sync Status means, and how you can find more details about your syncs in SchoolMint.
In the event that an Import or export operation has records that have been pushed through, the system will keep a log of their status in the Sync Service Dashboard:
Settings > Sync Service > Sync Service Login > Sync Logs
You can view the count of records in different statuses to identify which records are in what status, and any additional details about why they are in that status.
Sync Statuses Include:
- Pending: Records that are still queued to be imported or exported
- In Progress: Recrods that are currently importing or exporting
- Failed: Records that did not complete in the import or export

Partial Sync: Records that were synced, but not all data was synced.
- This is most commonly seen with PowerSchool API exports where one or more contact is missing required data.
- Succeeded: Records that have successfully completed in the import or export
To review reasons for a Failed record, you can hover over the Failed status to learn more about what caused the issue.
