Guardian Site Selection Tool

Switching Locations: After a student's profile is sent to a participating site, the guardian can select a new organization using the tool in the top-right corner.

Confirmation Alert: A message will appear asking the guardian to confirm the move before the system switches sites.

Admin Site Selection Tool

Switching Sites: Admins with "Allow Cross-Site Access" permissions can seamlessly move between linked organizations when the user exists.

Permissions & Groups: Upon entering the new organization, the admin keeps all program access from their home organization but must be placed into a local user group to finalize their setup.

If an admin navigates to a different linked MultApply site, a prominent alert at the top of the screen will confirm they are working in a separate organization.

Security

When using the Login As feature, the option to use the Site Selection Tool will be disabled.

When a user signs out of a MultApply organization, they will be signed out of all other MultApply organizations where they have a user account.
