SchoolMint Enroll Premium Release 3.6 was successfully deployed on Thursday, June 4, 2026 and included the following features and improvements.
Admin MFA via Email
As pre-announced with release v3.5, Enroll Premium now includes the added security feature of enforcing MFA for admin users that are not already using another form of single-sign-on (SSO). This additional layer of security is designed to safeguard and protect sensitive student data and ensure compliance with modern security standards.
Although the feature was rolled out to our production environment with this release, it will not become active for all sites until June 18th. In the interim expect the following communications:
- Email sent yesterday to Premium admins listed as a Key Contact
- In-app pop up will greet users the week of 6/8
- Admins are asked to please white label our sender email -- noreply+schoolmint@services.schoolmint.com
If for any reason, an organization wishes to deactivate Admin MFA via Email, SchoolMint support can take care of that via our internal settings.
MultApply Updates
MultApply is our specialized instance of Enroll Premium that permits an overseeing organization, typically a consortium of unrelated schools, to aggregate applications through a common application process in an Enroll MultApply instance, and individual schools/organizations to view and act on those applications in a Participant instance.
Program Linking
Admins in both the MultApply and Participating orgs can now easily connect and disconnect programs.
- MultApply Org: Set the program as disabled. This will remove the `Enable in MultApply`setting in the Participating org
- Participating Org: Uncheck the setting `Enable in MultApply`. This will set the program to disabled in the MultApply org.
- A new column `Enabled in MultApply` has been added to the participating org to quickly see which programs are enabled for MultApply.
- A new filter `Hide Disabled MultApply Programs` has been added to the participating org.
Not Started Registrations
The Registration Not Started Filter in MultApply organizations now works as expected because we have added additional criteria to the filter. The filter will now check if the app has an accepted seat OR if it was originally copied from a parent org, AND has no linked reg.
App/Reg Linking
MultApply orgs now properly display app/reg linking when an application is accepted and registration started in the Participating org. A data fix was also applied to previously started registrations.
Roll Over Process - App/Reg Linking
MultApply and Participating orgs can now complete their roll over process independent on one another and application / registration linking will persist without issue.
Other Bugs and Issues
Multiple other maintenance items were deployed in the areas of importing, communications issues, record loading, events, and waitlist display issues.
