Enroll Release 3.4

Enroll  v3.4 was successfully released to production on May 7, 2026 and included the following improvements:

• Set IS as default operator if it is an option
• Email Notification Templates Listed in Alphabetical Order
• Bugs and UI/UX improvements across modules

Set IS as default operator if it is an option

Our crowdpleaser improvement in this release, particularly among admins that create lots of rules, is adding the default "IS" condition to any rule where it is an option.  Our user data indicates that the IS condition is selected over 67% of the time.  Removing the two extra clicks required to select IS in all those cases should save users meaningful amounts of time (and frustration).

Email Notification Templates Listed in Alphabetical Order

Previously, lists of Email and Text Templates in the Content/Letters section were listed in no discernible order, making it hard for users to scroll through the list looking for commonly named items.  This forced users to repeatedly use the search field.

Email and Text Templates are now sorted alphabetically, not only on the list but also in dropdown fields where templates are selected and assigned to forms and workflows.
