Enroll 3.3.0 was successfully released on April 23, 2026 and included the following improvements and updates:
- Allow Changes After Lottery Placement
- Child Tables for PowerSchool Connections
- Recruitment Reporting
- Bug Fixes, Updates and Enhancements
Allow Changes After Lottery Placement
Prior to this release when admins employed the "Allow changes after submission" or "Allow changes after window closed" at the Form Step level, it also permitted families to make changes even after the application in question had been placed in a lottery.
To solve this challenge, we have added a new setting at the Form Process level that enables or disables ANY changes (across Form Steps) from being made post lottery placement. This new form level permission will also prevent Admins from making changes post lottery if enabled.
As an example, if the Program Selection step can be updated after submission and the window is closed, but the Allow Program Changes after Lottery Placement is not checked, then the family could make changes to their choices up until the time that they were placed in the lottery.
Child Tables for PowerSchool Connections
Prior to this release, Admins utilizing SyncService with the PowerSchool API could not access child tables -- which includes some state specific data tables -- to send or retrieve information via sync. Admins can now Enable Child Tables from the SyncService Connection card:
Once enabled, a plugin will be generated that needs to be downloaded by the user:
Which will in turn provide the list of child tables from which they can select for mapping purposes:
The selected tables will then appear as available to map to in separate accordions:
Recruitment Reporting
All of the required tables for reporting recruitment lead data have been added to the Reporting module of Enroll. This includes tables named Lead Annual, Lead Student Annual, Lead Student Annual School, and Lead Student Annual Program.
Bug Fixes, Updates and Enhancements
There were several updates to the Recruitment module in numerous areas including an expansion of data tables (as described above in reporting), enabling conditional logic, updating permissions, and minor UI fixes.
The Applications by Timeframe and Registrations by Timeframe charts on the Dashboard page have been improved to more accurately display over time (X-axis) with clearer labels. Timeframes with zero applications/registrations will appear as such, and the month and year will be displayed instead of weeks.
