Enroll Premium v3.9 was successfully deployed on July 16, 2026 and included the following features and improvements:
Enroll Premium
- New User Permissions:
- Ability to Duplicate Eligibility Rules and Flags
- RSVP List page improvements
Recruitment Improvements
- Add School & Program of Interest to Recruitment Form conditional logic
- Lead Import - Add Extension Fields
- Lead Import - Rename Guardian Fields to Lead Annual
- Rollover Leads - Filter which leads rollover
Sync to SIS Permission
Previously, all admins with "Edit Registration" permissions also had the ability to perform SIS Sync permissions. In v3.9 we have separated these rights by adding an additional user group setting for Sync to SIS as illustrated below. This setting will be default ON for Super Admins and user groups that previously had Edit Registration.
Create Dynamic Views Permission
Previously, all admins with "Create Custom Reports" access also had permission to create dynamic views. In v 3.9 those permissions are separated with the addition of a new "Create Dynamic Views". This setting is in the Dynamic Views area of the settings page. The setting will be default ON for Super Admin, and all user groups that previously had "Create Customer Reports" permission.
Ability to Duplicate Eligibility Rules and Flags
Previously, Eligibility Rules and the rules associated with Flags had to all be created from scratch. There was no way to leverage previous rules by duplicating and updating them. In v3.9 these elements can be duplicated with an action icon next to each rule. The duplicate rule will default to the same name with "Copy" appended to the end.
The same capability exists for Flags with the exception that system flags cannot be duplicated
RSVP List page improvements
Event RSVP lists related to Applications have received significant usability improvements in v3.9. Prior versions of the page had limited information, no export capability, and limited search. In v3.9 we've added
- Clickable columns to navigate directly to applications
- Export Capability
- Search Field
- Submitted RSVP filter
New data columns include StudentID, Guardian email and phone, and submitted timestamp.
An Export button in the upper right hand corner will download all the filtered records to a csv file that can be used by admins to follow-up with attendees or during check-in.
Recruitment Improvements
Add School & Program of Interest to Recruitment Form conditional logic
Prior versions of the conditional logic feature did not include either the School or Program select fields so that these could not be used in a form's conditional logic. Both fields have been added to the sidebar menu can will be populated in a dropdown fashion.
Lead Import - Add Extension Fields
In v3.9 the Lead Import tool has been expanded to include all organization created extension fields. This was a prior shortcoming that is now a benefit to those organizations that need to import data to their custom extension fields. Any custom field can be imported from the Lead Annual, Lead Student Annual, Lead Student Annual School, or Lead Student Annual Program tables.
Lead Import - Rename Guardian Fields to Lead Annual
Lead Annual fields were previously mis-identified as "Guardian" fields. This naming has been corrected in v3.9, so that the proper data model table name is displayed in the mapping tool.
Rollover Leads - Filter which leads rollover
Previously all leads moved to the new school year when the rollover process was executed. Admins can now control what leads rollover from one year to the next, by applying the following filters:
- Leads by Incoming Grade
- Leads by Stage
- Leads by Status
- Leads by School
- Leads by Program
Lastly, admins can also select the option to clear select fields on rollover the same as in the student and application modules.
