Automations for Recruitment
Automations in the SchoolMint Premium offering represent a giant leap of new functionality that give school admins complete control over sequenced messaging to their interested families regardless of where they are sourced from, so long as they reside in the Recruitment Module.
Admins may be familiar with SchoolMint Enroll's Workflow Automations that enable rules-based messaging to families and admins. Automations is the next generation interface for planning and scheduling messaging, including delays and split-path logic.
Recruitment customers will receive three default automations to perform the most basic recruitment communications. (Note: admins still need to activate these automations before they will run.)

SchoolFinder - Favorites
Families searching for schools using our latest version of SchoolFinder (v3) can now save schools to a favorites list that can be further sorted and viewed during the search process. While viewing school lists or profiles, users can press the :heart icon to save the school to their personal list.
SchoolFinder - Preview option
Organizations that are on the v2 Duda Finder could not preview their site prior to publishing it. Providing an on-demand demo site was labor intensive and temporary.
Now, SM Implementation and customer admins can view a preview version of a site simply by adding the parameter "?preview=1" to the end of their Finder URL. You'll know you're in a preview version of the site because of the orange banner at the top of the page as illustrated below.
SchoolFinder - Geolocate address to street, not building
Typical geolocation identifies physical building locations. Some districts draw their maps solely by streets instead of buildings, resulting in some households falling in the wrong zones. Enroll Premium v3.10 leverages Google's Routes API to geolocated address to the street, not building, solving this sticky problem for those districts.
SchoolFinder - configurable map distance rings
SchoolFinder v3's new "map distance rings" are now configurable by organization so that whether they have a 1, 1.5, or 2 mile "walkers" policy, you can indicate as such on your Finder maps. Note: This setting is controlled via SchoolMint configuration pages. Contact Support or your CXM to make modifications
Recruitment | Ability to Translate Confirmation Message
SchoolMint's enhanced translation feature has been added to Recruitment Forms so that forms appear in the users preferred language.
Appeals Filter - Hide when not Enabled
When the Appeals module is not enabled in a site, the associated filters on the Application pages will be hidden, reducing confusion for users.
Login as Admin Button
When entering or editing an admin user's account, the SuperAdmin can now directly login as that user to test any updated settings. This reduced many clicks of having to navigate back to the user list page to access the Login as Admin action.
Dynamic Views - Increase Columns from 20 to 40
A long standing request from users was to increase the number of columns that could be added to dynamic views. Dynamic views are the workhorse of the Application and Registration pages and the 20 field limit was a barrier. Users can now add up to 40 columns with no threat to page load times and performance.
In addition, when building dynamic views users will be presented with a column counter so they'll know if they are approaching the limit, and because it's easy to loose track of fields you've already added, the user will be warned if they are adding a second copy of the same field.
Report Navigation Improvements
Using the back button in the reports menu will return you to the same report category you are working in, and not take you back to the first default report in the list.
Allow Choosing Field Name when Duplicating a Form Field
When duplicating form fields from one step to another, data could be overwritten if the field already exists. Now the copy will append "copy" to the name and provide the user the opportunity to change it.
