SchoolFinder v3 Analytics

With the this release of our latest and most advanced version of SchoolFinder, we have incorporated native analytics directly into the product.  One of the most powerful benefits of SchoolFinder is the ability to not only assist families early in their search, but to gain insights from their searching patterns as to what families are looking for, enabling schools to adjust their offerings and marketing accordingly.  Take a self-guided tour to get a sense of what SchoolFinder Analytics can help your district.

SchoolFinder v3: Ability to share My List / Favorites

With this release users can not only save their list of favorite schools for later actions, but they can easily share them with friends or partners who are involved in the search for great schools.  If the recipient already has a list of saved schools they can elect to replace it with the new shared list.  Saved lists are device-dependent, so there is no need to create an account of login, lowering the barriers for families.

SchoolFinder v3: Ability to change landing page image

With this release, districts can now share a preferred image for their SchoolFinder landing page that SchoolMint Customer Success can post on their behalf.  This capability further enhances the ability to customize the family experience to the district's look and feel.

MultApply: Link Multiple Parent Organizations to a single Child Org

MultApply already streamlined the process of individual participating organizations (i.e. child orgs) to participate in common applications hosted by a MultApply ("parent") organization.  Now those organizations can participate in more than one common or network application if the market offers one.  This means overlapping networks of schools can support all their members seamlessly with SchoolMint Enroll Premium.

Recruitment | Use Lead Forms with Guardian Access Disabled

A limitation that required an organization to enable guardian access for their site in order to use Recruitment forms has been resolved.  Some organization may close off guardian access during off-seasons, but still want families to be able to express interest and to be actively recruiting.  Recruitment Lead forms now work independently of guardian access restrictions.

PowerSchool adapter improvements. Contact/student matching using PowerQueries

Prior to this release, some larger customers experienced pagination bottlenecks and slow sync speeds.  Sync Service has transitioned to SQL-optimized PowerQueries. Bug Fixes and Improvements
