Create this Saved View for your Lottery Lists

Learn how to configure a Saved View for your Lottery Lists

The Saved View functionality on the Lottery & Placements page is especially useful for displaying critical lottery information to assist with tracking acceptances, declines, expiration deadlines (if using offer expiration), manual movements, etc.

Here's how:

1. On the Lotteries & Placements page, click on the Add View button

2. Name the view and decide if it should be available Globally to all admins or only accessible to you.

3. A default set of fields will display as a starting place for you to re-order (drag and drop) or remove. 

4. Click the `Add Column` button and use the Rules Engine to select the Table (Record), Field, and Label for your column.

5. We recommend including the following fields in this view:

Lottery Ranking	weight	Weight	Included by default Remove if you do not use weights in lottery design Number of weights for application considered during lottery run
	Included automatically in view if Auto Decline / Offer Expiration is enabled in Lottery Settings.	Expiration Date	Included by default if using Offer Expiration. The deadline for a family to accept the offer. Deadline assigned when Offer is published.

Lottery Ranking	manual_indicator	Manual/Admin Placement	1=Placed Manually by Admin 0=System Placement (based on lottery settings enabled)

6. Save your view and confirm the column ordering meets your needs.
