Learn why an admin user may see students who are not applying to their Program(s)
User Permission: Access Current Student Records
Where: Settings > Manage Users > User Groups
How this permission works:
- When enabled, the admin is granted access to any student who currently attends the school of the program the admin is assigned to. Even if a student is applying to another program at the school (other than the admin's assigned program), the student will be visible when this permission is enabled.
- Students who are visible when this permission is enabled:

- Students applying to my assigned program(s)
- Students whose current school (school_previous_id) matches the program(s) that I have access to

- When disabled, admins only see students who are applying to their assigned program
