Guardian Experience of Accepting a Seat

Learn the steps a family takes to accept an offer in Enroll.

To better assist your families when accepting a seat, please review the Guardian experience below.

Once logged in, the guardian will see all students included in their account.

By clicking on the "View Submitted Forms" button, the guardian will see the status of each application submitted.

For Amber's Birch Elementary School application, her guardian has 3 options available:

•  Accept
•  Decline
•  Withdraw

The offer expiration date and time will be displayed if in use.

The option to withdraw can be enabled or disabled per your lottery process/policy.

Upon clicking the "Accept" button, a pop-up modal will appear for the guardian to confirm accepting the placement.

By clicking the message icon at the top of the Dashboard, guardians can view messages that were sent to document each step of the offer > acceptance process.

If your school is using Registrations, and registration forms are open, the guardian will have the option to then continue with their registration form from the pop up, as well as on their dashboard:
