Learn which processes trigger an admin notification to be posted on the Process Alerts page.
The Process Alerts page is located in the upper right corner of the site and is accessed via the notification "bell" icon. This page gives admins a location within Enroll instead of, or in addition to, receiving an email in their Inbox once certain processes are completed.
When a new notification is posted to the Process Alerts page the bell icon will display a red indicator.
System actions that are tracked on the Process Alerts page include:
- Downloading Forms / Attachments
- Processes:
- Workflow Notifications sent to Admins
- Roll Over
- Migration Import
- Exports
- Archived
Clicking on the Alert Name will display a pop-up with details on the item such as the In Progress and Completed timestamp.
To manage your admin notification preferences, navigate to your Account Settings and enable one or both options for Process Alerts:
- To be posted on the Process Alerts page, and/or
- To be sent to your Email/Text
