Learn where to track emails in Enroll
Emails that have been sent out can be tracked from the Student Profile, within a student's Application or Registration record, or from within the Guardian Message Center.

Communication Logs
A Communication Log is available in the Student, Application, and Registration modules and contains the following message details:
- Sent On: Date
- Sent To: Name
- Type: Email or Text
- Automated: Yes or No (No = ad hoc communication)
- Subject
- Delivery Status
Delivery Status Definitions
- Delivered (blue) = Message was received in the Guardian Message Center, but not yet opened
- Opened (green) = Guardian opened the message from within the Message Center on Guardian Dashboard
- Error (black) = Message failed to send
From the Student Profile
Navigate to the Students module and search for the student you want to review. Using the Student Profile icon to open that student's individual profile and at the top of the screen, select Communications Log.
From within an Application or Registration record for a student
Use the pencil icon next to a student's application or registration record. Click the View dropdown menu at the top of the page and select Communications Log.
From the Guardian Message Center (after using Login As Guardian)
The Guardian Message Center does not display the same information as the Communication Log in the Admin view since the Message Center is intended for families.
Student name, Message title and Date are displayed. By clicking into the message, the body of the message, recipient email, and date are provided.
- When a Guardian clicks into a message to read it, the status changes from Delivered to Opened
- When an admin is logged in as a Guardian, the delivery status does not change if they click into an email, the status will remain as Delivered
Important Note: For families that choose to receive only SMS messages and opt out of email communications, the full email message will also be sent to their Guardian Message Center. This allows organizations to include more detailed information in an email and know that all families will be able to access it in the Guardian Message Center.
Text Messages Sent from Enroll
Texts sent from Enroll will use the five-digit short code “68718”.
