Learn when each automated email is sent from the system, and to whom.
A variety of emails are able to be sent out from the system automatically. Below you will find a list of these emails organized by module, as well as details about when each email is sent.
The content of these emails can be updated and revised by going to Settings > Content/Letters > Email and Text Templates. Click the pencil icon to edit these Email Templates.
System/Misc.
| Content Template Name | Description |
| Forgot Password Email | Sent when you select the “Forgot Password?” link and an email address is provided. This is available to both administrators and guardians on the login screen. |
| Forgot Login Email | Sent when you select the "Can't find account" link. This is available to guardians only (from the guardian login screen). |
| Reset Password Success | Sent when your password is successfully reset. |
Applications
| Content Template Name | Description |
| Application Status Change | Sent to the guardian when the application is marked as eligible or ineligible by the admin. |
| Application Complete | Sent to the guardian when they submit their student's application. |
| Application Submitted - Admin | Sent to the admin as notification that an application has been submitted by X Guardian for Y student to Z program/school. |
| Admin Confirmation Email | Sent to admins who have their email addresses listed in a program's settings to be notified you when a guardian completes their student's application. |
Lottery

| Lottery Placement Accepted - Admin Notification | Sent to the admin whose email address is listed in a program's settings to be notified when a guardian accepts their student's lottery placement. |
| Lottery Placement Declined - Admin Notification | Sent to the admin whose email address is listed in a program's settings to be notified when a guardian declines their student's lottery placement. |
| Lottery Placement Accepted - Parent Notification | Sent to a guardian when they accept their student's lottery placement on the Offered List (not sent when accepting a Waitlist placement). |
| Lottery Placement Declined - Parent Notification | Sent to a guardian when they decline their student's lottery placement on the Offered List (not sent when declining a Waitlist placement). |
| Lottery Results - Offered List | Sent to a guardian when their student is placed on the offered list for a program |
| Lottery Results - Waiting List | Sent to a guardian when their student is placed on a waiting list for a program |
| Lottery Placement Email Consolidated - Sent to All Students Placed | Sent to a guardian when the lottery is published to list the student's lottery placements for all of his/her applications |
| Lottery Placement Pending - Parent Notification | Sent to a guardian when their student's application lottery status is changed from Accepted/Declined back to Pending. |
| Lottery Placement Decline Warning | If using auto-decline (offer expiration), this notification is sent to the guardian when the auto-decline deadline is approaching for the student to accept/decline the offer. |
| Registration Decline Warning | If using auto-decline (offer expiration), this notification is sent to the guardian when the auto-decline deadline is approaching for the student to submit his/her registration. |
| Application Removed from Lottery | If an application is deleted from the lottery list, this notification is sent to the guardian. |
Registration/Re-registration

| Registration Complete | Sent to the guardian when they submit their student's registration. |
| Re-registration Complete | Sent to the guardian when they submit their student's re-registration. |
Events

| Event Confirmed | Sent to the guardian when a RSVP is submitted for a session. |
