What are lead statistics and where can I find them?

Lead Statistics can be found on the Recruitment Dashboard. Here, administrators will find the following data points:

Total Leads

• This is the sum of all leads collected in the system. 
• The top lead source generators are also displayed here. 

Applicants

• This is the sum of all applicants that originated from leads. 
• The total number of applicants, broken down by status, is also displayed here.  

Registrants 

• This is the sum of all registrants that originated from leads. 
• The total number of registrants, broken down by status, is also displayed here.  

Return on Investment

• This is the ROI calculated by dividing the per-student funding by the total marketing spend for student recruitment. 
  • NOTE:  The total marketing spend is provided by the client to their CXM or Implementation Specialist to be populated via an internal SchoolMint only settings page.
• The top lead source generators, broken down by dollar value per applicant, is also displayed here.
