What are advanced filters?

Advanced filters allow administrators to search for a particular set of data within Recruitment.

• Available advanced filters include:
  • School - School(s) in which the lead is interested
  • Grade - Grade the student would apply to
  • Lead Source - Where the lead was generated from
  • Lead Source Detail - Specifics about the lead source (ad campaign, event name, etc.)
  • Lead Stage - Where in the process the lead is in
  • Lead Status - The active state of the lead   
  • Days Since Last Contacted - Specific count of days since a lead was last contacted
  • Activity Type - Activity type associated with the lead 
  • Events - Events (school tour, principal meet & greet, etc) associated with the lead
  • Event Status - The active status of the event
  • Last Contacted: Date Range - A range of dates leads were last contacted between
  • School Group - School groups(s) in which the lead is interested

Where can I filter my leads?

Select the Filters button on the Recruitment Dashboard

A drawer of filter options will open on the right side of the page

To add more filters, select +Search and Add Filters
