What is a lead?

A Recruitment Lead is a prospective applicant student. Guardians can show their interest in your school by interacting with ads or other methods, like enrollment events, where they will provide their name and contact information, plus any other information you decide to collect (such as their student's info)!

In the Recruitment Dashboard, leads only require the guardian's information (first/last name, contact info), but student information can also be captured. It's recommended to collect as much relevant information as possible so that the Recruitment funnel can populate as much data as possible.

If a guardian has not shared student information yet, the guardian will still qualify as a Lead. Once a guardian account is created that matches a lead's submitted information, any students added to the guardian account after will be added to the leads table. Existing students that match any lead information will also come over with the lead. If a guardian has multiple students, each student qualifies as a Lead.
