What is UTM support?
UTM (Urchin Tracking Module) refers to specific parameters added to the end of a URL to track the performance of digital marketing initiatives and campaigns across various channels (like email, social media, or paid ads) using analytics tools like Google Analytics.
How can I configure UTM parameters?
Navigate to Settings > Forms > Recruitment > Share/Embed Form (next to the desired form process)
When UTM Configurations is enabled, admins will have the ability to add values for the following parameters:
- UTM Source (Pre-fills from Lead Source)
- UTM Medium (Pre-fills from Lead Source Detail)
- UTM Campaign
- UTM Term
- UTM Content
The link will contain all UTM parameters that have been entered.
When UTM Configurations is disabled, UTM parameters will not be utilized.
How can I report on UTM parameters?
Admins can analyze UTM parameters in two ways.
- Reports
- Saved views on the Recruitment Dashboard
With each of these methods, the following fields will be utilized:
- lead_activity.utm_content
- lead_activity.utm_campaign
- lead_activity.utm_medium
- lead_activity.utm_source
- lead_activity.utm_term
