Follow these steps to build reports on leads collected through Student Recruitment:
Within the Reports module, click Add New Report.
Give your report a Name, select the Report Category, and if report access will be Private, Global, or available to select User Groups.
In the Manage Fields/Columns area, the following Data Models are specific to Recruitment:
- Lead Annual
- Information specific to the guardian is stored here. This includes data such as guardian first name, last name, email, and phone.
- Lead Student Annual
- Information specific to the student is stored here. This includes data such as student first name, last name, date of birth, and grade.
- Lead Student Annual School
- Information specific to the student's school of interest is stored here. This includes data such as a "How did you hear about us?" question on the inquiry form. The answer to this question may differ depending on the school of interest.
- Lead Student Annual Program
- Information specific to the student's program of interest is stored here. This is similar to the Lead Student Annual School model and is used if the inquiry form collects data on the programs in which the student is interested.
Choose the desired data model and fields to add columns to your report.
- Lead Annual
If desired, add a filter to the report. Common filters include limiting the report to only include leads that have an email on file.
- Click
Save and Runto generate the report.
