What is a sharable link?
A shareable link is a unique URL tied to a specific combination of:
- Interest form
- Lead source
- Lead source detail
Each unique combination generates its own link, which can be shared across different channels (such as school websites, advertisements, or QR codes).
Why would I create multiple links for the same form?
Creating multiple links for the same interest form allows you to track where leads are coming from.
If your organization uses a single, consolidated interest form, you can generate different links for each marketing channel or campaign. This helps you understand which sources are driving engagement and submissions.
Where do I find my shareable link?
This link can be found in Settings > Forms > Recruitment > Share/Embed Form (next to the desired form process)
Example Scenario:
You want to display a printed flyer with a QR code in your district office that links to your interest form. You also want to track how many leads come specifically from people scanning that QR code.
To do this:
- Select “QR Code” as the Lead Source Detail
- Generate a unique link using that selection
- Use that link to create your QR code
When new leads are submitted through this link, their Lead Source Detail will be recorded as “QR Code.” You can then use this field to filter and analyze data on the Recruitment Dashboard.
