Add an Image to Your Email Template
Open your email template and locate the Add Image option within the email editor.
To display an image in your email, you will need a direct URL to the image file.
Upload an Image to Imgur
If your image is saved on your computer, you can use an image hosting service such as Imgur to generate a direct image URL.
- Navigate to Imgur and sign in or create an account:
- Upload your image to Imgur.
- Once the upload is complete, copy the image URL.
| Note: Imgur includes a section on the right side called Grab a Link, but these links will not work for this process. Instead, hover over the uploaded image and select Copy Link to obtain the direct image URL needed for the email template. |
Insert the Image URL
Return to your email template and paste the image URL into the image field.
If the URL does not already end with an image file extension, add .jpg to the end of the URL.
After entering the URL, the image should automatically appear in the email editor.
Adjust Image Size and Save
Once the image is displayed, you can resize it as needed using the editor controls.
When you are satisfied with the image placement and size, click Save to apply your changes.
