Enroll Premium Release v3.8 was successfully deployed on July 6, 2026 and included the following improvements:
- Finder V3
- Recruitment
- Quality of Life / Delight
-
Security Improvements
- Improved Brute Force
- Strengthened / Consistent password requirements
- Live password checking
Finder V3
SchoolMint Enroll Premium's SchoolFinder has undergone a major re-write that is designed to cure major pain points including:
- Confusing landing page with multiple calls to action that do largely the same thing
- Program-focused Finder is not intuitive and difficult for admins to maintain (lots of copy and paste)
- Very weak mobile experience, especially when comparing schools
- Difficult / impossible color configurations
- Inefficiency of using a third-party content management system
Finder V3 is native to the Enroll Premium Platform, eliminating all of the challenges above and adding a Mobile-first design, clear primary workflow, and a school-level focus.
Finder V3 will rollout over the coming months to new clients and those migrating from older versions. Questions regarding migration timing for existing customers should be directed to your Customer Success Manager or Technical Support.
SchoolMint Recruitment
Lead Imports
Prior to this release leads could not be imported to the Recruitment module; they had to be manually entered or collected via a Recruitment form. Now admins can import leads from other sources via csv imports. This particularly important for schools migrating to Recruitment who may have collected leads in legacy systems that they want to bring over.
This importing function leverages SchoolMint's proprietary SyncService so it can be used to perform ad hoc or scheduled imports from an SFTP site.
Required Fields:
- Lead First Name
- Lead Last Name
- Lead Email OR Phone
- Form Processes ID
- School of Interest
Make sure that the Lead Source and Source Detail already exist in the system.
Custom extension fields are not currently able to be imported, but that is coming soon.

UTM Support
When creating Recruitment Forms, admins can now set UTM Parameters before generating form links. Previously, only the native Lead Source and Lead Source Detail fields were configurable. Available parameters include:
- UTM Source
- UTM Medium
- UTM Campaign
- UTM Term
- UTM Content
Other details:
- Can be enabled/disabled as needed
- Text entered by admins is automatically transformed to lowercase and spaces are transformed to dashes (-)
- UTMs can be used in reports and saved views
Please see this complete article -- UTM Support for Recruitment Forms -- for further information.
Guardian Navigation Improvements
Tab tracking has been added to the URL so that pressing the back button or refreshing the page after editing returns the user to where they started rather that returning them to the student profile page.
Security Improvements
To enhance the security of student information, users will now be locked out for 15 minutes after 5 failed logins, preventing brute force attacks.
Password requirements have been increased and made consistent across the platform. Guardian passwords are now required to be a minimum requirements:
8–64 characters
At least 1 letter
At least 1 number
Cannot include your email address or username
Tip: Special characters are optional; the + character is not supported.
Password requirements are now displayed prominently when setting, and not just on validation, and they will be dynamically checked off as OK as they are fulfilled.
