Custom View |
In Enroll, you can choose from a wide variety of fields across several database tables to create a dynamic view. This saved view can be marked as global (to be shared with other admins) or private. The SchoolMint Enrollment system had a limited list of fields to choose from to customize the columns viewed on the application screen. |
|
|
Submitted |
Submitted (submission status) |
Status that indicates the application was successfully completed by a guardian and received in the system. |
|
Draft |
Not Submitted (submission status) |
Status that indicates that a guardian started the application, but then saved and exited before submitting. |
|
Cancelled Application |
(submission status) |
Status that indicates a guardian has removed their application from the process. There is no Cancelled status in Enroll, only Withdrawn. In SchoolMint Enrollment, Cancelled was the action taken by a guardian or admin to remove an application from the process. (eligibility status) |
In Enroll, you have the option to set applications to be assigned the “In Processing” eligibility status upon submission. This requires admins to review each application and mark it as eligible for the lottery (also available as a bulk action). Applications with an eligibility status of In Processing will be excluded from the lottery. |

Applications can be set to have an Eligible status assigned upon submission. This automatically makes the application eligible for the lottery as soon as it is received in the system. |

(eligibility status) |
Applications can be marked as Ineligible individually or in bulk if the applicant does not meet your criteria to be eligible for the lottery. Ineligible applications are excluded from the lottery. |
|
Open Enrollment / Post Enrollment |

In Enroll, Submission Date Range filters are available to display applications received within a selected date range. In the SchoolMint Enrollment system, the application type of Open Enrollment or Post Enrollment was used to identify applications that were or were not lottery eligible based on submission date/time. |
