Enroll Description |
|
Registration |
This term refers to students who are registering to a school they were not attending in the previous school year. In Enroll, registrations are managed at the school level. Even though applicants are accepted to a program, they will complete registration forms for the school. A student may only have one active registration at a time. If a second registration is submitted, the guardian will be notified that the prior registration will be automatically withdrawn from the system. |

Re-enrollment |
Re-registration |
This term refers to students who are registering in a school they did attend in the previous school year. Re-registrations are managed within the same module as Registrations. Rules can be created to show/hide the relevant school to a student based on a boundary, current school criteria, feeder pattern, etc. Another notable benefit of the registrations module is that you can use the same registration form process (or packet) for both the registration and re-registration processes and simply configure each step of your registration forms to display for only re-registering students, only newly registering students, or both. Currently, the ability to display an Intent to Return question on the Guardian Dashboard is not offered in Enroll. |
|
Intent to Return |
No equivalent |
In Enroll, you may include a Yes/No intent to return question on the Student Information form or on the re-registration form, if desired, but there is no equivalent intent to return option displayed as Returning/Not Returning on the Guardian Dashboard. |
|
No equivalent |
In Enroll, you have the option to assign one or more schools as feeding into another school in your organization. This feeder pattern can be used to determine which school is displayed to the student for re-registration. |
