Student Index	Manage Students	In Enroll, the Manage Students screen displays all students that have been created/imported in the Enroll system. The student's profile and notes can be accessed here, as well as the bulk actions to email/text, export, or merge duplicate students.
Merge Students	Merge Duplicates	In Enroll, the merge students function will display a side-by-side comparison of the guardians, form data, and related records for the duplicated students for you to select which should be the source student to be kept in the system.
Student Profile	Student Profile	The student profile (head icon) is where key student information is stored, including the Communications Log, Change History, Notes, Submitted Forms, etc. Admins may add an application or registration for a student from the Student Profile. Unique to Enroll, you now have the ability to add a Custom tab to the Student Profile to surface additional information in this area from your forms.
Communication Log	Communications Log (student profile)	The Communications Log that is accessed from the student profile page displays all communications that have been sent to a student, including any manual, ad hoc/bulk messaging. The consolidated lottery notifications (all lottery results in one email) will display in this log if in use. In the SchoolMint Enrollment system, there was a single Communications Log that included all messages that were sent from anywhere in the platform. In Enroll, there are multiple communication logs: Student Profile, Application and Registration.
No equivalent	Application Communications Log (within an application)	The Applications Communications Log (View button dropdown option) displays all system-generated/automated communications that are specific to the application being viewed (application submitted, offer-expiration notifications, etc). Lottery notifications will appear here if you are not using the consolidated lottery notifications.
No equivalent	Registration Communications Log (within a registration)	The Registrations Communications Log (View button dropdown option) displays all system-generated/automated communications that are specific to the registration being submitted and approved.
Changes Log	Change History (student profile)	In Enroll, the Change History log located on the student profile screen will display all changes made to the student or student annual record.
No equivalent	Application Change History (within an application)	The Application Change History log (click the View button inside an application) displays all changes made to fields on the application forms, as well as status changes for applications.
No equivalent	Registration Change History (within a registration)	The Registration Change History log (click the View button within a registration) displays all changes made to fields on the registration forms, as well as status changes for registrations.
No equivalent	Application Placement (Lottery) History (within an application)	Any movement or changes made after the initial lottery placement will be displayed in the Application Placement History log.
