Form Process Settings
Form Process level settings will affect the entire form. These settings apply to ONLY the form they are enabled on, not any other forms.
Enable Decline Option - This gives the recommender the option to decline to complete the recommendation form sent to them.
Deadline - The date selected for this setting is when a recommender must complete and submit any requested recommendations.
Send Reminder - A reminder email will be sent to the recommender the selected number of days before the deadline entered in the Deadline setting.
Form Step Settings
There are no form steps used in the Recommendation form type. Recommendation forms are made up of only a series of individual form fields to encourage simplicity in the form and completion by recommenders.
Form Field Settings
Recommendation form field settings are limited.
Required for Recommender - Makes the field required for the recommender. If the field does not receive a response during the submission process, the recommender will receive an error and will be unable to submit the form.
Required for Admin - Makes the field required for admin users. If the field is empty when an admin tries to save a form, the admin will receive an error, and the form will not be saved.
These settings work independently of each other but can be used together.
