Dashboards in Enroll

Learn what information is displayed on Dashboards in Enroll.

The Dashboard page displays a high-level overview of student data in Enroll. The widgets provide charts, graphs, and other visual data about application and registration forms.

Dashboards update automatically based on the forms and student profiles as they are submitted. Currently, dashboards are not customizable.

Applications by Timeframe

This widget displays applications submitted by timeframe and the number of applications submitted during that week. Hover over specific points to see the year and week.

Applications by Submission Status, by Application Status, and by Grade

The next set of widgets displays the number of applications by submission status, application status (eligible/ineligible/in processing), and grade level. Hovering over a section of the pie chart shows the number of applications that meet each criterion.

Applications by Program

This widget displays the top 10 programs ranked by application count. Hovering over a bar indicates how many applications are in each status for each program.

Application Student Mapping

A pin indicates the location for a submitted application. Selecting a specific pin displays a window with the number of students who applied from that location.
