How do I use the filters in the application management area?

You can filter your applications with specific parameters to only display students that match those criteria. These are the 3 categories that you can filter applications by:

• Filter by Status
• Filter by Application Attribute
• Filter by Student Attributes

Once you have selected all the filters you would like to apply, click on the Apply Filter button on the bottom right of the Filters box.

Filter by Status

Here you can:

• Show applications that are:
  • Submitted
  • Not Submitted
• Show applications with statuses in:
  • Eligible
  • Ineligible
  • In Processing
• Show applications within a Submission Date Range
  
• Show applications by Withdrawn status
  
• Show applications by Lottery status
  
  • Lottery Lists: Offered list, Waiting List
  • Lottery Status: Pending, Placement Accepted, Placement Declined

Filter by Application Attribute

Here you can filter by:

• Form Process
• School
• Grade
• Program Category
• Program Applied to
• Priorities tied to the Application

For these Attributes, you can select multiple options for each attribute if desired. 

 

Filter by Student Attributes

Here you can filter by:

• Student Name
  • Note: You can type in any portion of a student's name to bring up all students with that text in their name.
• System Flags
  • You can choose one or multiple Flags to filter with.

Remember, once you have selected all the filters you would like to apply, click on the Apply Filter button on the bottom right of the Filters box.
