Learn when the system will automatically update application submission statuses.
In Enroll, all programs using the same form process will keep the same application submission status of Submitted or Not Submitted (not timestamp).
A change to one program application's submitted status will change the submission status for the student's other program applications that use the same form process.
What would trigger a submission status update?
- When a guardian re-saves an application, the submission status is updated across all of a student's program applications using the same form process
- When an admin with access to only one program saves that program's application, the submission status is updated across all of a student's program applications using the same form process
- When a student import or application import occurs, applications are re-saved for the student, and the submission status is updated across all program applications for the student using the same form process
Best Practice:
If you do not want program applications to keep the same Submitted or Not Submitted status, we recommend that you create a separate form process for those programs.
