Learn how to troubleshoot applications for your families.
Check the following areas in your site to ensure that your application is available to families.
- Is the program enabled in your site?
- Under Settings > Manage Programs > Edit Program > Program Information tab
2. Are dates set to open your application to families?
- Application dates can be managed for an entire Program Category under Settings > Manage Program Categories > Edit
- Or for a single Program under Settings > Manage Programs > Edit Program > Application Settings tab
3. Is your application form assigned to the program?
- Under Settings > Manage Programs > Edit Program > Application Settings tab
4. Is the student's grade open to accept applications for the program(s)?
- Under Settings > Manage Programs > Edit Program > Application Settings tab
5. Does the student meet your eligibility criteria?
- Under Settings > Manage Programs > Edit Program > Program Eligibility tab
- Eligibility Rules, if in use, are built under Settings > Custom Data > Eligibility Rules/Restrictions using the rules engine
- Example: only students whose address falls within the district boundary may apply to the program
