Overview
Once an application is run in a lottery and placed on the lottery list (offered or waiting), all subsequent movements are displayed in the Application Placement History log.
The following information is captured for each subsequent movement of an application (after its initial placement):
- Date: timestamp of the movement
- User: who made the change and the IP address that made the change
- Movement: description of the change
- Reason: reason provided by admin or system-generated reason for automated changes
- Note: the initial placement of the application as a result of the lottery is NOT included in the placement history. Also, If another lottery is run and students remain on the waiting list as a result, a log will not be included in the placement history.
