What is the Recruitment Dashboard?
The Recruitment Dashboard is where you will find all of your leads! The dashboard is where you will review leads, manage them, contact them, and more! Leads move through different stages and statuses throughout the "lead funnel" as they apply, get offered seats, and register to attend your school. This information is all viewable and manageable within the Recruitment Dashboard. You can use filters in the dashboard to find leads that meet any criteria to make updates to them, contact them, and more. The dashboard helps you nurture your leads to convert them into students attending your school.
Where do I find the Recruitment Dashboard?
To access the Recruitment Dashboard, select the Recruitment module from the header in Enroll:
Leads and the Recruitment Dashboard
Here's what it looks like before any data is populated:
As leads come in, the table will fill with information! Leads will appear and populate the totals as they move through the funnel. You can easily track the number of leads that come in and compare that number to how many apply, and then move on to register to attend your school.
Note, the "lead funnel" and the "leads table" are two different things. The lead funnel, the section labeled "overview", is where total leads are counted and then tracked as they move through application and registration processes. It's called the funnel because students are "funneled" out as they get further into the enrollment process. Not all leads will generate an enrolled student.
The leads table is where every single lead is captured and displayed with their lead stage/status and information. Use the table to interact with your leads and the funnel to get an overview of how many leads are being generated into enrolled students.
Note: The "lead funnel" only allows for moving forward automatically. While manual movements up and down the funnel can be done, the automatic system updates will only trigger if an action would move them forward in the funnel. For example, if a lead is set to the registered stage, but they then submit an application, automatic movements will not trigger to move them backwards into the application stage.
