Applications and Registrations pages: support search by page-specific ID
Previously, users were unable to search applications or registrations by their unique ID (assigned by Enroll). This made it difficult to find the precise record that they were interested in. With this release, those unique IDs have been added to the global search field at the top of both the application and registration management pages.
Link to student on lottery list when clicking from the app
Admin users with access to lottery information can see those statuses on the application page. But prior to this release, there was no easy way for them to access that information, and see it in the context of the entire lottery list.
Now, the application page includes deep links that take the user directly to the lottery list that the application is related to, and highlights the appropriate student in the lottery list.
Display offer status details on Lottery List headers
Also in the lottery readability category, we have improved the display of the lottery list counts at the top of the Offered list, making it easier for admins to see how their acceptances are progressing. Admins can still see the total number of available seats and quickly link to adjust their cutoff numbers if necessary.
Recruitment Translations
In our rapid expansion of our Recruitment module features, we have added our SchoolMint Premium translation feature to Recruitment forms and pages. This means that both forms presented to families and corresponding communications can be custom translated to the languages of the organizations choice.
Note that Recruitment must use the same translation method as the organization overall, either the SchoolMint Premium method or the more basic whole page Google Translate option.
Recruitment Form Updates
With this release, we have made it easier for admins to distinguish among the various forms that a single lead may have completed. For instance, if your organization has separate interest forms by school as opposed to the option of one form with a multi-selector for school, admins can now easily distinguish each form submission from others.
The Edit/View Lead page now includes a dropdown to select the appropriate completed form:
Enable “Admin MFA via Email” for all Premium orgs
Previously announced as having been rolled out to production, we have tested this feature with an increasing number of customers and today will activate it for all customers. Once activated, admin users that don't already use an SSO method to login will be required to enter a six (6) digit code that will be sent to their registered email address. Customers have received communications encouraging them to add our email server -- noreply+schoolmint@services.schoolmint.com -- to their whitelist to ensure delivery of the codes. Contact SchoolMint Support with any issues related to this increased security step.
SchoolMint Internal
In our continued efforts to serve our customers better, we have implemented several internal features to improve our levels of service and performance in the areas of analytics, site maintenance, and documentation.
