Release 2.4.4 - October 8, 2024

The Enroll 2.4.4 maintenance release was deployed on October 8, 2024, and includes the following updates:

• Choice Rank on Application Cards in Student Profile
• Dropdown Filter Width: Form Process
• Displaying Waiting Lists Rolled Over as part of Annual Roll Over Process

Choice Rank on Application Cards in Student Profile

When ranking is in use, the Student Profile application tab will include the choice rank on each card for an application.

 

Dropdown Filter Width: Form Process

In the applications module, the Form Process field in the Filter by Application Attribute section will now display the Form Process name to fit within the dropdown space allotted, no longer bleeding into the Filter by Student Attributes section.

Displaying Waiting Lists Rolled Over as part of Annual Roll Over Process

For organizations that roll over their waiting lists from one year to the next, the waiting list in the newly created year will display on the Lottery Lists page as expected. This fix ensures that new ids for the fields lottery_rankings.group and lottery_rankings.subgroup are created during the annual rollover process which allows the waiting lists to display in the new year.
