The Enroll 2.5.1 maintenance release was successfully deployed on October 29, 2024 and includes the following items:

2.5.1 Release Notes
Merging Students with Records in Multiple Years
A warning notice has been added to the Merge Students feature when the system identifies that the version of the student that is not the source student has records in multiple years.
Warning: The system has detected records in a prior year(s) for the student that was not selected as the source student.
- Locate the student in the prior year(s)
- Determine which version of the student to use as the source student
- Forms will be deleted from current and past years for the student not selected as the source student
Adding and Removing Applications by Attribute Filters: Form Process, School, Category, Events, or Appeals
In the Applications module, this update ensures that correct results will be displayed (and adjust in real time) when first using the student search or a dynamic view, and then applying and removing one of filters by attribute: Form Process, School, Category, Events, or Appeals.
- Prior to this fix, when viewing the student or dynamic view application results and then applying and removing one of the additional filters (Form Process, School, Category, Events, or Appeals), the results would not adjust per the filters in use.
Grades Displayed in Lottery Run Settings
Each time a lottery pool is run, the settings used for that run are available by clicking the View Settings button. With this update, the Lottery Run Settings modal will now display the grades that were included in the most recent lottery pool only, and not a cumulative list of grades used in all prior lottery runs.
Admin Access to View Student Information when a Grade is removed from a Program
For admins with permission to view all grades for a program, in the scenario where a grade is removed from the program but students have already submitted applications to that grade/program, the admin will still be permitted to view the student. This view of student information includes access to view applications, the Communication Log, and Change History.
Helper Text for Fields on Student Profile
As part of the annual rollover process, the helper text for the fields: "Student Type" and "SIS Enroll Status" on the Student Profile will update to display the proper year in the description.
Pin Placement on Program/School Selection Map
On the Program/School Selection step, when viewing the school location in the Map View and zooming in and out (+/-), the pin placement will remain in the proper location.
Timestamp on Guardian Notes
For notes shared with Guardians, the timestamp on the note will use the time zone configured for the organization's site, not the time zone the Guardian is in when viewing the note.
Navigating from a Report Using the Browser Back Arrow
In the Reports module, after running or viewing a report, if the user clicks on the browser's "Back" arrow, they will now be returned to the main Reports screen.
