2.6 Release Notes
Application Filter: Waitlisted At All Choices
A new Quick Filter option for "Waitlisted At All Choices" has been added to the Lottery List menu in the Applications module.
The "Waitlisted At All Choices" option will display students that meet the following criteria:
- have been run through a lottery for all of their choices (lottery_ranking.lottery_list has a value), and
- have been placed on a waiting list for all of their choices (lottery_ranking.lottery_list = waiting)
Note: if the combination of your selections is not logical, the system will display a hover message and will disable conflicting options. For example, it is impossible for a student's applications to be waitlisted at all choices and also on an offered list.
- "Some filter options are disabled due to a conflict with the current selection(s). Adjust or remove the selected filter(s) to access these additional filters."
Rules Engine: Lottery List Condition
A new option is available in the "Add Condition" dropdown list in the rules engine when creating:
- Dynamic Views
- Reports
- Flags
- Eligibility Rules
When using the condition `Lottery List`, you can select one or more of the choices to be included in your logic:
- Offered List
- Waiting List
- Waitlisted At All Choices
- Not Placed
Sync Service: Configuring Ad Hoc CSV and SFTP Imports
An update has been made to the ID and Name fields when configuring a CSV or SFTP import. The Configure tab no longer requires quotation marks when inputting the field headers for the ID and Name fields.
- No next steps are needed for customers who have existing Ad Hoc CSV and SFTP imports configured. All existing Ad Hoc CSV and SFTP import configurations have been automatically updated to remove quotation marks from the Configure tab and the Field Mapping tab.
