Sync Service UI Updates
We are updating the Sync Service user interface to streamline the workflows, add features, and improve usability. In this release, you will see the first phase of this work with a new and improved connection card, navigation menu, and intuitive layout that replaces the "stepper" so that you can go directly to where you left off or what you need to do in Sync Service.
Application Import Tool
Much of the UX/UI work in Sync Service was accelerated to be included in this release to accommodate application imports! You can now use Sync Service to map a CSV file to the application data model in Enroll to import application records.
Manage Reports Permission
The new Manage Reports permission controls which admins have the ability to edit or delete shared/global reports. This permission is enabled by default for Super Admins.
Delete Reports
Any user who can create reports can now delete their own reports. Only those admins with the Manage Reports permission can also edit or delete shared reports created by others.
UX/UI Improvements
UX/UI improvements are always a focus and we've made several enhancements in this release, including layout improvements and text style changes for usability and readability across the system. More enhancements to come in upcoming releases for better field controls, responsiveness, and more!
Admin User Table
To improve the workflow to search for a user for larger organizations with many admin users, we added a search feature to search for a specific user. We're already working on more table list enhancements to come in an upcoming release this summer!
Login as Guardian/Admin Permissions
We added two new permissions: Login as Guardian and Login as Admin. Only admins with one or both of these permissions will be able to use the existing feature to log in as another user. Both permissions are enabled by default for Super Admins.
